You should have clear ideas about what you want from your site and some idea of how you want it to look. Having this information early on helps when it comes to our designers actually making proofs for you to approve; it helps them to get exactly to what you want.

This would also be the ideal time to gather additional resources before the site goes live; text you want, images you'd like to use, applying for a merchant account if you plan to sell things online etc.

From the information you supply us, we proceed to design and document every aspect of the functionality of the site and provide you with a sitemap detailing the pages in the site and what each page can do. This process is really helpful for us to produce an exact specification for what you need.
